Welcome to GenAI (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile application for iPad that provides AI-powered image editing and manipulation tools. By downloading, accessing, or using the App in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

When using this App, you agree that you will:

• Use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not use the App to create, generate, upload, submit, or share illegal, harmful, offensive, infringing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Respect third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, and publicity rights.

All content, technology, and software associated with the App are owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

When you upload or transform your images (“User Content”):

• You confirm you have the right to use the original image.
• You grant us a revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display your User Content solely for delivering app features and improving the service.
• We will not share or sell your User Content outside the scope of this license without your consent, unless required by law.

If the App includes subscriptions or premium features:

• Payments are processed via the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, availability, or performance.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use means you accept the new terms.
